Help with capture, local data, export and browser compatibility. Include your browser, Postory version and a short description when contacting us.
Posts are not appearing
Confirm the extension is enabled for x.com, refresh the X tab, and scroll until a public post enters the visible viewport. Direct messages and promoted posts are intentionally excluded.
History looks incomplete
Only posts visible after Postory was installed can be recorded. Older records may gain avatars, media and metrics when the original post enters view again.
Download did not start
Retry from the Postory history menu and allow downloads when your browser asks. JSON, CSV and Markdown exports remain available after trial expiry.
Remove local data
Delete individual records or clear the archive from Postory. Uninstalling the extension can also remove local data, so export anything you want to keep first.
Contact support
Send your browser name and version, Postory version, the page where the issue occurred and steps to reproduce it. Screenshots are welcome when they contain no private information.
